The Dahua DHI-ITSJC-2303-DC12 Anti-Smashing Radar is a high-performance 79GHz millimeter-wave radar sensor designed to prevent vehicle barrier arms from closing on vehicles or pedestrians. Engineered for parking entrances, gated communities, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and access control systems, it delivers fast, reliable object detection while minimizing false alarms caused by environmental interference.
Operating within the 77GHz–81GHz frequency range, the radar provides a response time of just 50ms and features an adjustable 0.3m to 6m detection region with a dedicated 0m to 2m anti-smashing zone. It accurately detects both vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring safe barrier operation even in complex outdoor environments. The radar offers a vertical beam width of ±10° and a horizontal beam width of ±36°, delivering precise coverage for access lanes.
Designed for long-term outdoor deployment, the DHI-ITSJC-2303-DC12 features an IP66-rated weatherproof enclosure and operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. It supports RS-485 communication, online commissioning, firmware updates via serial connection or mobile app (Wi-Fi connection), and integrates seamlessly with Dahua ANPR cameras and vehicle barrier systems for intelligent access control.
