Description
The TP-Link Omada OC220 Hardware Controller is a dedicated network management appliance designed to centrally manage Omada access points, switches, gateways, and supported GPON OLTs. Ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, schools, hotels, retail stores, and enterprise networks, the OC220 eliminates the need for a dedicated PC or server by providing reliable on-premises and cloud-based network management in a compact, fanless device. It supports management of up to 100 Omada access points, 20 Omada switches, 10 Omada gateways, and 2 supported DeltaStream GPON OLTs.
Powered by a quad-core 2.0GHz processor, 2GB DDR4 memory, and 8GB eMMC storage, the OC220 delivers faster performance and improved responsiveness compared to previous-generation controllers. It features two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one supporting 802.3af/at PoE, plus a USB 2.0 port for automated configuration backups. The controller offers license-free cloud access, allowing administrators to monitor and manage multiple sites remotely using the Omada app or web interface.
The OC220 supports advanced enterprise features including multi-site management, role-based administration, VLAN management, Open API, automatic backups, controller migration, and cloud access. Its compact fanless metal enclosure enables silent desktop or wall-mounted installation, making it a dependable solution for centralized network administration.
