You can return a product purchased from our store for any of the following reasons:
- Wrong Product – the product delivered is different from the one ordered.
- Quality – the product is damaged, defective, not functional
- Incorrect Content – product is different from the one displayed in our portal.
For a product to be accepted for return, the following must be fulfilled;
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return has to be valid (see above)
- Meet return acceptance conditions (the product will undergo internal quality checks to ascertain the authenticity of the return such as functionality, serial numbers, package, and condition of the returned product against third party actions.
- You must notify and return the product within seven (7) days of purchase
- If the customer changes mind in relation to a processed order, the product does not qualify for a return. However, the product can be exchanged with another of equal value as long as the original status of the product has not to be interfered with i.e. not opened and package not damaged in any way. This must be done within seven (7) days.
- Product damaged by power, virus, physical pressure outside our stores do not qualify for return or exchange
